Why does the TPA seal matter?
In Panama, only a Certified Public Translator — certified under Executive Decree 975 of 2017 and listed in the official registry of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIRE) — can produce translations with legal validity. Translations done abroad, even certified ones, are routinely rejected and must be redone locally.
Your documents are handled under Panama's Data Protection Law (Law 81 of 2019): encrypted storage and automatic deletion 60 days after delivery.
