What we did not change is the part that matters legally: every translation is reviewed, signed and physically sealed by a Certified Public Translator (TPA) — certified under Executive Decree 975 of 2017 and listed in the official registry of Panama's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIRE). That signature and seal are what Immigration, banks, universities and foreign authorities actually accept.
Your documents are handled under Panama's Data Protection Law (Law 81 of 2019): explicit consent, encrypted storage, and automatic deletion 60 days after delivery.
